IDS/IPS Engineer Job Locations USA-NC-Raleigh Job ID 2019-54837 Number of Positions one Job Function Info Technology Security Clearance Level None Full/Part-time Full-time Job details General Dynamics Details Technology (GDIT) has an immediate opportunity for an IDS/IPS Security Engineer to o perate, maintain, and deploy IDS and IPS devices. Assignments include, but are not limited to: * Maintaining the intrusion ruleset * Optimizing detection * Configuring NGFW ACLs * General device configuration and maintenance * Troubleshooting the devices when needed * Assisting the analyst teams with investigations * Supporting the Solution Architects with design input and recommendations We can only accept US citizens and or Green Card Holders. The security clearance for this program requires the selected applicant to have resided in the US for the past 5yrs and not have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days.
