Maintenance Supervisor - (Modesto, CA)

Job summary Performs maintenance duties, supervises and coordinates activities of Maintenance Staff to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repairs of the buildings and grounds of the property are completed in an efficient manner. Main responsibilities Supervise Maintenance Department employees in accord with BACO policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning and directing work, performance evaluation, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems Operating the properties within the financial guidelines established by Management or Owner Responsible for the subsequent training of all maintenance personnel Perform the work of lower level positions Manage departmental budges Direct the scheduling and supervision of all Maintenance staff and/or vendor work. Maintenance crew assignments should be made based on their knowledge of the job/work order Position duties for staff must be ready by 5:30pm Sunday-Thursday
