Position description Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on background and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager. Critical skills Requires an Associate's degree and 5-seven years Active DoD Secret Clearance or expertise to receive a clearance. â?¢ Work within a team of IT professionals including Engineers, Developers, and Operations staff to provide excellent customer service.
