Help Desk Technician III Job Location USA-AZ-Ft Huachuca Requisition ID 2019-54549 # of Openings one Job Function Info Technology Security Clearance Level Top Secret/SCI Full/Part-time Full-time Job overview Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software such as: provide Remedy System Management including: account administration/management and incident life-cycle management (creation through closure). provide account creation for all JWICS, SIPRNET and NIPRNET (Training) accounts. Create, establish and delete student and cadre accounts and passwords. assist the Government with coordination with the Installation NEC for Common Level (non-mission system) support by submitting and monitoring incidents through the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) for elevated problems. submit Details Technology Requests (ITRs) for modifications/upgrades to IT systems.
