Create, establish and delete student and cadre accounts and passwords. assist the Government with coordination with the Installation NEC for Common Level (non-mission system) support by submitting and monitoring incidents through the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) for elevated problems. submit Details Technology Requests (ITRs) for modifications/upgrades to IT systems.
