Help Desk Support - (Nampa, ID)
Saltzer Medical Group is hiring a full time Help Desk Support Specialist assisting with end user support for more that 200 staff. Provide single point of contact to communicate issues and receive support and maintenance with the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading software and hardware in a multi-platform environment to ensure optimal end-user efficiency. Troubleshoot problem areas (in person or remotely) in a timely and accurate fashion, providing end-user assistance where required. Responsibilities and Duties Expertise to responsibly make changes, ensuring any modifications made are intentional and the full scope of impact of the changes have been fully analyzed, tested and approved.
