Conducts moderately complex research, design, development and testing of details processing hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems and electrical components. 2. Demonstrated background with ECAD libraries, creation of parts, and library configuration management using PML software. 3. Proven skill with PCB layout and designs, and as a component librarian. 4. Demonstrated expertise to use Web 2.0 tools such as wikis, blogs, and MicroSoft SharePoint. 5. Demonstrated understanding of standard IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012.
