Lead Instructor Job Location USA-AK-Ft Wainwright Requisition ID 2018-50761 # of Openings one Job Function SCA Security Clearance Level Secret Full/Part-time Full-time Job details The Mission Training Complex's Lead/Senior Instructor and SME for a specific Mission Command Info System (MCIS) system(s). Develops, organizes, and maintains a Programs of Instruction (POIs) and Lesson Plans (LP) for their assigned system(s) of responsibility that encompasses new operator and sustainment training for basic operator, system integration, and senior leader. Utilizes official system Program / Product Manager's training products as the basis of the POI/LP development and updates the POI/LPs on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance of training material. Assists the Training Section Lead in Instructor Certification and Subject Matter Expert (SME) training for personnel assigned instructor duties to their system(s) of responsibility. Directly responsible for the quality of classroom instruction.
