This Grounds Crew Position gives you the opportunity to join the union! We have a great full time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established composting company. No garbage or trash! They are looking for a Grounds Crew team player for various departments that allows you to cross train to learn daily operations. Positions available: Sorting Building Monitoring Thor Operator Baggers This employer provides training to employees and loves to promote from within! There is a lot of room for growth! This is your opportunity to learn or expand on skills and be hired and become part of the Union. They are also open to paying for your schooling to obtain your valid drivers licenseA for the right applicant. Qualifications: Able to lift 40-50 lb Comfortable working around garbage and recycle materials (compost) Working outside year round ( whether all weather conditions) Must have reliable transportation location is NOT bus accessible Shifts available, Day and Swing with optional overtime available when needed.
