Minimum requirements - • Current understanding of Linux, VMWare and VSphere UNIX-Solaris, HPUX, Windows Server • Good Understanding of complex network infrastructure • Understanding of Change Management Life-cycle Principles • System Support and Trouble Analysis skills (root cause analysis, alarm management platforms, troubleshooting, etc) • Background supporting enterprise customers • Expertise to prioritize issues work incidents concurrently • Strong management skills • Strong oral and writing expertise. • Expertise to become security cleared in the United States Desired Requirements - • Network Management Tools Support (EMC SMARTS, Network Authority, CiscoSecure ACS(TACACS/RADIUS), INCM/Voyence • Server and System Administration skills • Knowledge of scripting languages Perl, KSH • Knowledge Network Protocols • Background using technical documentation • Understanding of Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, DB2, LDAP • Understanding of Operational DBA and Application DBA support More IT jobs at IITJobs.
