KEY SKILL QUALIFICATIONS: This team works directly with Developers and DBAs to directly analyze Performance. They are not involved very much with just testing new application development for release. They mostly work with post-production applications and systems to test code, test performance, test plans and test strategies. They are charged with identifying Performance Bottlenecks, perform Performance Tuning, Performance Engineering. Applicants must be able to analyze, test and report on Performance issues and results. Must have background with developing scripts, script protocols, design load tests. Background with any Performance monitoring tools such as Dynactrace, Wily, SiteScope is desired. They use Dynatrace but are open to other monition tools and we are going to need to know which ones they do have. Background with HP LoadRunner for scripting protocols would be ideal – including HTML/HTTP, AJAX TrueClient, Web Services would be ideal. Background with Java Development platforms preferred.
