Senior Financial Analyst Description As a member of the Consumer Lending finance team the Finance Manager is responsible for financial modeling, report development, month end review and analysis, financial forecasting and ad hoc value-added analysis.The Finance Manager works with the Senior Finance Manager to provide financial support and reporting for the Consumer line of business. Specific assignments include: Prepare month end accruals and reporting to assist with the month end close process and ensure financial results accurately reflect business activity.Perform detailed review of financial results and provide written explanation of variances to forecast/budget and future risks and opportunities.Prepare financial packages (monthly, budget strategic plan) including detailed schedules on financial results and key financial metrics.Forecast expense and balance sheet (loan portfolio) activity thru the use of, enhancement to and development of microsoft excel based models.
