Perform root cause analysis and resolution of accounts within the portfolio required as well as the presentation of findings to management and customers as needed Works closely with on shore and off shore 3rd party billing portals and A/P teams, consignment, vending, EDI, ERS and multiple billing methods. Responsibilities: Reconciles and manages National Accounts by identifying root causes impacting order to payment process.
