Construction Senior Estimator We have a full-time opening for a Senior Estimator to join our company located in San Antonio, Texas. Job qualifications: The primary purpose of the job is to provide accurate estimates on commercial construction projects such as, restaurants, banks, retail centers, vet clinics, convenience stores and other projects ranging in costs between 1 and ten million dollars. Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced in all phases of commercial construction including budgets, schedules, trade bids, contracts, change orders and client relations. Must possess ability to negotiate subcontracts and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and self-performance scopes, deliveries and schedules.
