Duties may include: baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skin care, pressure relief, feeding and transferring patients. •Maintaining a safe patient environment. •Providing emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. •Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. •Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications for this position include: •At least eighteen years of age. •Valid HHA or CNA license in the state of Indiana •High-school degree or GED. •Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. •Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
