Scope of work resides mainly in the field facilitating training for managers and teammates of Franchise Partners. This position reports to the Director of Training and Restaurant Support. Executes a strategic plan focusing on operational excellence, consistent best production standards, and superior guest service. 2. Trains and develops franchisees and restaurant staff on operating procedures. 3. Enforces compliance to A&W Restaurant’s standards and specifications. 4. Ensures all company and governmental regulations are being observed. 5. Cultivates a positive and constructive business relationship with Franchise Partners. 6. Acts as a brand ambassador.
