Healthy Living Program Coordinator Area Agency on Aging Palm Beach Beach/Treasure Coast Inc. Your Aging and Disability Resource Center The Agency is currently in need of 2 full-time exempt Program Coordinators. These positions require travel throughout the Agency's 5 county service area (Palm Beach/Martin/St. Lucie/Indian River and Okeechobee counties). This position is responsible for recruitment, mentoring and placement of facilitators in the community; assisting in the administration of Healthy Living Evidence Based Program Interventions including monitoring and data collection of programs objectives and outcomes; scheduling interventions; as well as facilitating workshops as needed.
