The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a 1st level supervisor and/or flight chief, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to the Security Forces Flight. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a Security Forces Flight, ensuring that personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represent the Security Forces Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
