Application Developer - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Summary: Application developer supports HRPyramid and HRPyramid Web Edition which is used by AlphaStaff’s internal users, clients and client’s employees. The web portal is written in Java programming language with Apatch Tomcat web server. Application developer will support, upgrade, and write software and utilities that meet clients and AlphaStaff requirements and maintain web servers’ stability. Developer may work with multiple programming languages and operating systems. Responsibilities of the application developer are creating, maintaining, supporting, debugging, implementing, and improving the source code that makes up the application performance and interface. Application developer may also be responsible for designing and creating new applications to automate manual tasks. Developer maintains internal and external web-facing applications with special focus on the self-service components used to support AlphaStaff clients as well as company and department objectives.
