Job details The Production Support Engineer will work as part of a team that is responsible for receiving incidents and requests from customers, end-users, and internal resources. The production support team analyzes these incidents and requests and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams. This role requires a self-motivated software engineer with a demonstrable aptitude for learning and applying new technologies; taking the initiative on a fast-paced, self-organizing Scrum team.
