Job summary: Greenspoon Marder located in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a top notch Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 10+ years' background. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules for filing with court; Assist with document retrieval, review, organization, and production; Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and research for large volume cases; Cite-check and edit legal documents; Maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases; Prepare for depositions, ie, prep. binders, exhibits, and all other discovery related tasks; Conduct legal research and write concise memoranda to summarize results; Organize and prepare exhibit lists and/or privilege logs; Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors, including adherence to strict deadlines; Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, ie, exhibits, witness binders
