Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - (Melville, NY)

Melville office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3-five years of background with commercial litigation. The applicant will be handling cases from start to completion including communicating with clients and opposing counsel, with guidance from supervising partners; drafting pleadings, motions and discovery; attending court hearings and mediations; and conducting depositions. Will be focusing on commercial creditors rights and banking litigation. Knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy is a plus. New York Bar admission is required. Admission to EDNY and SDNY District Courts are helpful.
