Odessa office of our client seeks associate attorney with three years of background in litigation. The applicant will represent clients in court. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Attending deposition, mediation, hearings, trials. Preparing client for trials, litigation caseload. Must preferably be multilingual. This law firm was established over three decades ago to cover the diverse needs of their clients. Their areas of practice include personal injury, criminal law, civil rights, wrongful death, insurance claims, and employment and labor. Their offices are located in Texas.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong analytical and analytical skills. Expertise to build rapport with clients is needed.
