Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - (Hackensack, NJ)

Hackensack office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Commercial Litigation Group. The applicant should have 4-6 yrs of litigation background. Must have federal court background, and must be admitted to and have litigated in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Meaningful case management/case running background is essential. Familiarity with Intellectual Property is a plus. The law firm is headquartered in New York, but has offices in Long Island and this location in New Jersey. They have over 150 lawyers to work with their clients, which include individuals, entrepreneurs, and Fortune 500 companies. Some of the areas they practice in are corporate and commercial, real estate, professional liabilty, health services, employment and labor, and intellectual property.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong narrative writing expertise.
