Lead TA Process Consultant - (Minneapolis, MN)
Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION The Lead TA Process Consultant creates and executes cyclical processes affiliated with expense and reporting practices. This role offers in-house ability and guidance to the broader Talent COE (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Workforce Planning) based on key system insight (CCO, Concur, etc.). This role will also manage projects related to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, ROI and others as assigned. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES oDeliver cyclical processes and routine events within Talent COE expense and forecasting - Ensure timely execution of analysis and provide business interpretation of findings. Establish qualifications, document best practices, and train applicable partners and team where necessary. oForecasting leverage staffing forecasts to provide directional guidance to areas impacted by newly identified strategic initiatives and / or those managing operational businesses and impacted directly by type and volume of hires.
