Human Resources Manager I - (Kemmerer, WY)
Summary Description: Management oversight, budgeting and strategic planning of site human resources programs to include: compensation and benefit administration, payroll, staffing / recruitment activities, EEO/AAP, performance management, training, employment law compliance, employee / labor relations (Union), application of discipline, record keeping and regulatory compliance. In union-free mines, includes activities in areas of communication, employee counseling, and benefit remediation for all employees. In unionized operations, negotiates, interprets and administers collective bargaining agreements. Site personnel ranges from 150 - 350 employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervises the recruitment, and placement of new hires. * Review and administer HR company policies and benefit plans, recommending / administering progressive as needed * Prepare and review annual HR budget and staffing plan recommendations.
