Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - (Elkin, NC)

The Elkin, NC location is looking for a Production Supervisor (night shift), reporting to the Value Stream Manager. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising area/shift associates and for training and developing them in production methods and plant procedures to achieve plant and company goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This position supports the plant focus on continuous improvement to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.
