Parts Consultant - (Benton City, WA)

POSITION DETAILS: This position is responsible for answering Western States Truck Centers customers parts inquiries and providing the needed parts. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: * Answers customers and technicians parts inquiries over the phone and in person. * Determines customers needs through research and questions. * Checks parts availability. Determines urgency of parts and decides most efficient way to meet customers needs. * Orders parts from vendors per customer request. * Offers all parts and service solutions to customers and shop personnel * Creates document billing(s). * Pulls parts from inventory. * Processes, tracks and completes customers orders to exceed customers expectations. * Completes customer transaction by receiving payment from the customer. * Sells novelty merchandise to customers. * Accounts vendor invoices and sends to accounts payable for payment. * Adheres to all customer care standards. * Actively cares and advocates safety at Western States.
