Position description: A Liaison is a take-charge, organized professional supporting field staff with all aspects of book-keeping. He/ she is an individual with strong computer skills, book-keeping experience, customer service approach, telephone manner and stellar interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Vendor Relations & Operations Services Manager, the Liaison works closely with all levels of the MDA Team. The Liaison does not have supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities: Weekly review and posting of income and expenses from igned districts to ensure accuracy and compliance with MDA policies and procedures. Monthly bank reconciliations and IAR/GP reconciliations for igned districts Monthly reconciliation of igned districts income allocation accounts Review and post journal entries for igned districts. Be available as back up for other Field Accounting Liaisons in their absence Be the liaison between the accounting department and districts regarding vendor maintenance, check inquiries, etc.
