Guest Relations Representative - Part Time Job - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Greets and ists guests which may include providing information, directing visitors for tours, broadcast tapings or appointments Ministers to guests/visitors 1 on one in a group Attends to needs of guests as appropriate including administrative tasks at 1 of the department reception stations Enforces and implements security/safety procedures Operates Welcome Center including theater, shuttle, greeting upkeep of Gallery, and other stations as necessary Conducts hour long walking presentations and answers questions concerning the work of Focus on the Family, its history and goals Monitors flow of traffic at the top and bottom of the slide, in Kid's Korner, and Discovery Emporium Monitors activities and performs special duties pertaining to Kid's Korner & Discovery Emporium Provides hospitality and istance for special events of the ministry ists in short or long-term projects as igned by supervisor Engages in continuing education about the ministry Stocks magazines and other
