Houseparents - (Belen, NM)

We are looking for a married couple willing to relocate to our facilities in New Mexico. If you are not willing to relocate please do not apply. Married couples desiring the position of Houseparents/Associate Houseparents. Married a min of 2 years, have no more than 2 children currently living with them. House Parents and Associate House Parents are expected to model healthy behaviors, morals and values, and be willing to work with youth from troubled backgrounds. Candidates should also have a lifelong commitment to learning new skills and, if hired, will be required to participate in ongoing residential group care training provided by The Ranches. Compensation includes salary, room and board, medical coverage, life insurance and 4 weeks of vacation per year. Housing arrangements vary, but generally consist of 2 or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A max of 2 pets are allowed and require a pet deposit. Responsibilities:
