Associate/Bachelor degree in clinical laboratory, chemical or biological science or completion of ninety (90) semester hours of academic credit required for certification as a technologist. ASCP certification or equivalent. Effective oral and written correspondence abilities in the English language. Expertise to perform effectively in quick paced, stressful environment. 40 hour per week variable shift SPECIAL NOTES: Phlebotomists will NOT be considered for this job. Must have completed a clinical rotation, performing tests in all areas of the lab at a hospital to qualify for a national certification as a Medical Technologist or a Medical Laboratory Technician.
