Senior/Principal Research Associate: Pre-Clinical/Clinical Assay Development - (Cambridge, MA)

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate/Principal Research Associate to join our Pre-Clinical/Clinical Assay team in our Translational Pharmacology group to support development of novel gene editing therapies for serious diseases. This person will support assay development and qualification activities by performing protein-based non-clinical and clinical assays and cell culture, analyzing data, drafting protocols and reports. The position mandates enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail, and a desire to create new medicines for patients. Responsibilities Assist to develop assays using immunology, cell biology and biochemistry procedures and technologies including but not limited to ELISA, MSD, Western blot or/and simple western blot, Luminex, Mass spec and HPLC. Contributes to assay development, optimization and validation Prepare written method protocols for technology transfer to external collaborators, such as CROs Generate and analyze experimental data and present to key stakeholders
