Gift Processor and Prospect Research Coordinator - (Edgefield, SC)

POSITION DETAILS The NWTF is seeking a Gift processor and Donor research person within the Office of Development, which is responsible for managing the major gift prospects database and researching prospects for Directors of Development. This position will provide customer service to donors and staff members with questions regarding NWTF giving opportunities, as well as maintaining donor contact records, cleaning prospect database, assisting with data analysis, report preparation, researching prospects and providing guidance to regional staff under the direction of the National Director of Development. This position will also serve as a liaison with donors and prospective donors, and point of contact as needed. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Maintain complex data files, keep and update donor records, prepare contact reports. Manages a high-volume of processes involving researching and entering the daily receipts of donations, including in-kind gifts.
