Technician, Quality Assurance - (Tulare, CA)

Position overview: Key Attributes Must possess strong work character and have the expertise to lead others in the organization to protect the quality of our products and to ensure food safety standards are met. Be a champion for product quality and food safety ? this includes ensuring GMP?s and Sanitation qualifications are strictly adhered to. Must possess a strong work ethic and passion for quality control process and procedures. Must be self-motivated and self-directed to support complex operations. Critical thinking and expertise to analyze data and situations is a must. This involves being detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. Physical qualifications Expertise to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), prolonged periods of standing/walking. Bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment throughout the shift.
