The job entails inspecting fired tile for defects, counting tile, recording losses, packing tile in boxes and organizing finished tile with the proper client order. When complete, the work orders must be entered in the computer system. This position necessitates learning all the various tile glazes (100+) and their individual acceptable variations. Must learn all tile sizes and shapes as well as all QC standards. Expertise to adapt to changing QC standards.
