Director of Victim Services - (Natick, MA)

Responsible for: * Supervision of victim services including the advocates and the units administrative assistant. * Ensuring units compliance with statutory, regulatory and policy guidelines. * Maintaining an active caseload and provide victim services accordingly. * Providing victims or their surviving family members with accurate and timely details relative to the parole process and decisions. * Providing victims or their surviving family members with an opportunity to provide input. * Compiling and maintaining unit statistical info on hearings held, victims participating and subsequent results. * Serving as the units representative in SPIRIT. * Participating in the planning for budget proposals and implementation of the budget. * Researching and applying for appropriate grants. * Coordinating with management staff with regards to agency policy and procedures.
