Director of Cath & EP Services - (Browns Mills, NJ)

Position overview and Requirements * Job description: Responsible for the daily and longterm operations of the Adult Cath Lab and EPS Departments. * Background: Min of 5 yrs background managing a busy cath lab. * Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. * Required License:NJ Registered Nurse License, BCLS, ACLS, EKG interpretation, IV background. * Contact With Others: Regular internal and/or external contacts involving considerable tact, discretion and persuasion in order to obtain details and/or willing action or consent where it would otherwise be difficult to obtain. * Supervision Given: General supervision of operation of a department involving accountability for results in terms of costs, methods, and personnel, where only occasional approval from a higher level of supervision is necessary. * Supervision Received: Uses own initiative in handling the majority of intra-departmental matter, consulting with the Medical Director and/or COO only in instances requiring policy changes.SDL2017
