Product Stream Manager - (Nashua, NH)

Responsible for the execution of the value stream that manufactures and tests highly complex RF Microwave Assemblies. Direct reports include Assemblers, test technicians, Technical Support Staff and Supervisors. Technology includes Pick & Place, Manual Component Placement and positioning, Environmental Test, Manual Assembly, Functional Test and Manual/Automated Optical Inspection. Responsible for the training and development of 120 people over multiple shifts (including weekends). Direct Customer interface including end users, Prime Customers and government agencies. Strong Quality and Technology experience a must including AS9100C qualifications.SDL2017
