Program Manager- Military Health - (Silver Spring, MD)

Position summary GDIT is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for making significant contributions to the development of the operational model to stand up and operate a state of the art biocontainment facility. The selected applicant will play a key role in defining the operating structure, technical solution, and overall infrastructure support required. Make significant contributions to the planning and implementation of several management methodologies including project management, earned value management, quality management, and change management. Develop performance management plans and associated metrics consistent with the project strategic goals. Support successful proposal efforts for projects (through the formulation, proposal and submission of competitive and contracts) in the strategic specialty area of biocontainment. Education * Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military background.
