UI Architect - (Delafield, WI)

Montage, the single solution to engage, interview, and hire better applicants faster is seeking a UI Architect to join our wolfpack. In this role, the User Interface Architect will design and develop a web based rich media service for the HR/ Recruitment Industry and continue development of a cloud native SaaS platform using React, JavaScript, C#, Web API, and other web related technologies. This person will be working with the lead architect, as well as a team of software engineers, product managers, quality assurance professionals, and designers to drive and implement changes to extend the existing feature set and improve usability, scalability, performance, and reliability of the product and codebase. This role will be considered a senior expert on the Development team. Responsibilities: Assist in defining the strategy for front-end/React development at Montage. Create and champion engineering best practices including unit testing and coding standards.
