POSITION DETAILS Performs routine customer service collections phone support on a client program(s) at call center facility. Work is performed under regular supervision. JOB ASSIGNMENTS q Board loan packages received from originators into the Remote Servicing System and verify the details is correctly entered and agrees with the physical documents. q Verify loan documents received from bulk Servicing Transfers. q Scan loan packages and trailing documentation including any customer correspondences into Fortis Imaging System. q Monitor daily and monthly tracking logs for completion. q Provide daily and periodic exception reporting of loan boarding completion details to Clients.
