Your role to achieve this mission will be to provide outstanding internal and external (team) member service while educating our members about our lending products and services, and provide solutions to best fit their individual needs. Engage in a positive, consultative sales and service culture. Increase knowledge of all credit union products and services to maximize every member interaction. Assure compliance with internal policies and procedures and all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone and Video Lending calls and input loan applications for consumer loan and mortgage products.
