Landscape Project Manager - (Exton, PA)

Position description We are a growing company, looking for an individual to take on the responsibility of the crews in the field. This person will deal directly with the owner/ designer and not be afraid to jump in a machine to help get the job done. This position will eventually come with a company truck and other tech. Please have background in the construction industry, Landscape background is preferred! Job requirements and Responsibilities: Review and be familiar with the plans and specification for each project. Communicate and correspond with client representatives on all aspects of field operation. Coordinate flow of the project. Know what area are being worked and which are next to be ready. Plan all necessary manpower and request same from the operations manager or owner. Coordinate and review orders from foremen for all materials. Place orders with the purchasing agent or yard manager. Place all orders with correct person or company for owner-supplied items on projects.
