Manager Maintenance Planning Position details The Manager is responsible for executing all line maintenance scheduling activities. The Manager has the responsibilities for oversight of the forecasting, the planning, and the implementation of scheduled maintenance events (including special attention focused on cabin appearance) for the Technical Operations Department. The Manager must ensure the optimum performance of the Maintenance Planners in their duties to maintain fleet safety and reliability. They must also considering the optimal economic cost benefit to JetBlue, as well as ensuring their internal/external customer satisfaction. FAA regulatory compliance is essential, ensuring no overfly activities of any maintenance tasks. Other considerations include coordination between Technical Operations, System Operations, Marketing, and other customers.
