Construction estimator - (Huntington Beach, CA)

We are looking for a self motivated person to lead our commercial estimating. This role will help us grow our company by bidding more projects that will lead to more growth opportunity. Projects range from CA, NV and Hawaii currently.Majority of our work is Healthcare related construction. We have both new and renovation construction departments. Tasks include: Accepting bid invitation - load plans to project distribution web siteLead sub job walks. Visit sites for Owners job walks Create and Manage all Bid RFI's Review plans for all scope and design intention- send scope out to all subs/ vendors Compile all bids - check quanitites and scope for accurate cost Create estimated project schedule for accurate General conditions Own the Bidding process entirely Projects range from Ground up construction to simple tenant improvement or remodel projects Must be compuer proficient - email - outlook, Ms excel, ms word
