Commercial Roofer - Service & Maintenance JOB SUMMARYThe Service Technician assists the Service Project Supervisor in performing a variety of roofing services including, but not limited to, leak calls, maintenance, repairs, tenant improvements, and small projects. These roofing services will be performed on a wide variety of roofing systems including BUR, cold and torch-applied assemblies, coatings, EPDM, foam, metal, single-ply and tile, both flat and sloped. Service work can vary in size from general housekeeping, to minor repairs, to reroofs and new construction installations up to 2,500 sq-ft. This job requires extensive customer service and demands customer satisfaction. This job necessitates a lot of driving and or travel.
