Business Services Specialist - (Seattle, WA)

Position Primary Purpose: Responsible for providing a wide variety of support to the Vice President of Business Services and Branch staff related to effectively selling of the credit union's business services including small business loans and share accounts to existing and prospective business members and support all business products and services. Provide superior service to business members before, during, and after implementation. Key functions Use discretion and independent judgment in all areas of implementation, evaluating, communication, monitoring and reporting. Support the client implementation process by preparing contract and set up documents, schedule and track the implementation and training of users by participating in activities such as: in-person demonstrations of on-line banking, remote deposit capture, and merchant card services as required.
