Position title: RENTAL SHOP SPECIALIST LEVEL II Department: Sundance Mountain Outfitters Reports To: SMO Manager Rate of Pay: $10.50-$11.50 hour Shift: four to 5 Days per Week, 9am to 7pm, & 7:30pm to 1am. Must be available Weekends and Holidays. SUMMARY: Helps guide the Sundance Mountain Outfitters guest rental background through shop ability, efficient and precise communication on all rental gear, equipment and adjustments, while demonstrating enthusiasm for mountain recreation and knowledge of resort. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. General: Understand the required waivers needed for all activities. Ensure every guest has filled out correct documents for each activity. Possess extensive knowledge of local biking and hiking trail systems. Determine guest ability levels for biking or hiking and recommend appropriate trails.
