Customer Service Specialist - Pool We offer adjustable hours to employees during weeknights or weekends. Works at the Crowfield Pool Office and provides customer service to guests. DEPARTMENT : Recreation Department JOB SUMMARY : Position responsible for performing administrative and customer service duties in support of the Recreation Department pool. HOURS : Adjustable hours - night, weekend, and holiday availability necessary. Pool hours are Monday - Saturday 11am - 8pm; Sunday Noon - 6pm. SAFETY : Employee responsible for adhering to all safety procedures and regulations established by the Department, the City and all State and Federal organizations. Any safety concern should be reported to a supervisor immediately. MAJOR DUTIES Serves as 1st contact with all customers entering the pool area and on the phone. Responsible for opening the facility in the morning and secures facility at the end of the day. Accepts payments and balances cash drawer daily.
