Village II Cafe Server - (San Antonio, TX)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible to the Executive Dining Room Manager for the overall preparation and serving of food, and wait staff-style service in the Village Café. Performs a variety of routine tasks and operations to prepare, cook, and provide food items as assigned for the meal service. Adheres to and complies with established Air Force Village, Sodexo, and applicable regulatory agencies policy standard practices and procedures. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Will be expected to assume heavy workloads with a terrific deal of time spent on their feet. Some heavy lifting is required. Incumbent must possess the expertise to exercise judgment in food preparation and presentation. Must possess excellent service skills and be able to speak, read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Demonstrated expertise to perform simple math calculations and solve problems quickly
